Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist with legal administrative tasks such as preparing documents for litigation and maintaining case files.
- Calendar hearings
- File Proof of service
- Giving notice to opposing counsel.
- Scanning and saving incoming mail.
- Assist paralegal with other filings
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Familiarity with paralegal duties or legal administrative tasks is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in word processing and office software applications.
- Excellent research skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
