Key Responsibilities
- Client Connection: Oversee client maintenance program, actively engaging with clients and to foster long-term trust and rapport.
- Operational & Administrative Support: Provide support to front desk, paralegals and attorneys. Conduct basic intake tasks and conflict checks, gathering information from prospective clients and directing them to the appropriate staff member.
- Administrative Precision: Assist with document and correspondence preparation. Process detailed paperwork and court filings where attention to detail is non-negotiable.
- Accounts and Billing: Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, invoicing clients, collecting and tracking payments.
Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of one (1) year experience as a legal assistant or legal support experience in a busy law office environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to handle confidential information discreetly and communicate with clients in a professional manner.
- Organization/Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Tech Savvy: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and a proven ability to learn new software quickly.
- Attitude: A "no task is too small" mentality and a drive to constantly improve office flow and client satisfaction.

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
