- Serve as the primary point of contact for the firm, answering phone calls, greeting clients and visitors, and providing a welcoming, professional first impression during office hours.
- Communicating with clients via phone and email to gather information, field questions, and make office and phone appointments.
In addition to these primary responsibilities, the role may also involve a variety of administrative and legal support tasks, such as:
- Communicating with the courts and anyone else involved in cases within the firm.
- Opening, organizing, maintaining, and closing case files.
- Maintaining and growing client database.
- Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of the firm's court calendar.
- Making travel arrangements and other appointments for the attorney.
- Maintaining complete confidentiality of all cases within the firm.
- Keeping the office environment professional and organized. This includes tidying common areas, managing supplies, and ensuring client-facing spaces reflect our firms commitment to excellence.
