What This Looks Like
As a Zillow Listing Agent, you’ll work with motivated sellers through inbound opportunities, structured follow-up, and proven listing presentation frameworks. You’ll follow a clear process for converting conversations into listing appointments, appointments into signed agreements, and listings into closings.
You’ll go through onboarding designed to strengthen your listing consultations, pricing strategy, and negotiation approach.
You’ll operate inside a team environment where leadership, marketing, and operational support are built in — so you’re not building your business alone.
