About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team at The Laurels of Defiance. As an STNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our guests under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Care for guests' environment, ensuring their comfort and well-being
- Observe guests' skin during care administration and report any changes to a licensed nurse, providing skin care as needed
- Meet guests' mental health and social service needs, promoting a sense of community and connection
