We are on the lookout for a passionate and detail-oriented PM Server to join our dynamic team. As a key player in delivering exceptional guest service during evening hours, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience from start to finish. - Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, including taking orders and answering questions about menu items.
- Use POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with food presentation, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and are delivered promptly.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Manage reservations using OpenTable, coordinate seating arrangements, and accommodate special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in service areas, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Support food preparation tasks when needed and assist with bussing tables to keep the dining area tidy.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality, especially in fine dining or upscale dining of at least 2 years
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and reservation platforms like OpenTable.
- Strong customer service skills with an energetic, friendly attitude.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations.
- Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables and responsibilities efficiently.
- Experience with selling craft cocktails, wine service is needed
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
