RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
- Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products
- Understand and promote products and memberships
- Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
- Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
- Maintain clean and sterile work environment
- Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
- A minimum of one year of full time lashing experience (school experience not included)
- Customer service focused; loves on your clients
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic
- Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Saturday and Sunday 8 AM to 4 PM
- Opportunity for extended schedule following training and certification
- Must be able to work the above mentioned schedule
