What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lash Stylist position at The Lash Lounge Austin?
Benefits:
The Lash Lounge® Austin
Westlake
There's a moment every lash artist lives for: your guest opens her eyes, looks in the mirror, and lights up.
If creating that moment is your favorite part of this work, we'd love to meet you.
The Lash Lounge Austin is an award-winning, women-owned family of studios with more than 3,000 five-star guest reviews. Locally owned by Noelle Boyle, we've built something different—a place where experienced lash artists are supported, challenged, and celebrated.
We believe exceptional guest experiences begin with exceptional team experiences.
Why Experienced Lash Artists Choose The Lash Lounge
From your first day, you step into structure, not chaos. Whether you've been lashing for one year or ten, you'll have the support, coaching, and opportunities to continue growing as an artist.
A career that keeps growing.
Advance from Regular to Senior to Master Stylist with ongoing mentorship, advanced education, and a clear path for professional growth.
Leadership that serves you.
At The Lash Lounge Austin, our owner believes the best leaders empower their teams, remove obstacles, and help people thrive. You'll be supported by leaders who celebrate your wins, coach you through challenges, and invest in your long-term success.
Build your craft—not your clientele.
Our membership model and loyal guest base keep our stylists consistently booked, so you can focus on creating beautiful work instead of filling your schedule.
A team you'll love working with.
Warm. Supportive. Collaborative. Just talented professionals who genuinely enjoy helping each other succeed.
Who We're Looking For
You're a licensed Lash Artist with at least six months of experience who takes pride in your craft.
You have a gentle, precise hand, an eye for customized design, and a commitment to healthy natural lashes.
You're the kind of artist guests request by name because they trust your work. You love learning, value doing things the right way, and are excited to keep growing alongside a team that's invested in your success.
