What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at The Lash Bar?
We are looking to add a sales rockstar to our growing team! Hourly Plus Commission! The Lash Bar is known for being one of Utah's best lash salon! We also have a full service hair salon and a huge boutique that carries free people, rvca, billabong, and other cutie items! The main purpose for this position is to greet every client and get them checked in and out, help them with shopping, answer the phone and keep the front desk organized! We are looking for someone that is outgoing and positive. If you love talking to people, are good at remembering names, and have a fun personality, then this is the job for you! Having past experience is a must. Remember, you are the first face and the last face our clients see when coming into our store so professionalism is expected. If you love the beauty industry and fashion, sales and customer service - this is the job for you!
Responsibilities include :
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Checking in and out clients, coordinating appointments.
- Answering calls in a timely, friendly manner.
- Scheduling appointments
- Managing the cash register.
- Basic cleaning.
- Sales on retail and services.
- Social Media Content
Qualifications include :

- Availability: Required Fridays ( 3pm-9:30pm), Saturdays (3pm-9:30pm), Sundays (2pm-8:30pm) and open availability during the week. We are specifically hiring for a night position including Tuesdays-Thursdays (6:30pm-10:30pm)
