LaSalle Network has partnered with a company that works with educational software programs for schools. They are looking for a Sales Support Representative to join their team in Elk Grove Village, IL.
Sales Support Representative Responsibilities :
Entering orders promptly and accurately. This may include special or large volume projects
Answers incoming calls and emails in a professional and effective manner
Investigating and resolving any issues or difficulties with a customer
Actively contributing during team meetings with project updates and customer feedback
Assisting management team with special projects, reporting and problem analysis
Scheduling the trainings with the school districts
Helping write / review contracts
Sales Support Sales Support Representative Requirements :
1 years of relevant office work / customer service experience
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software programs
Working knowledge of Salesforce
Must have time management skills
Sales / Marketing support role experience
Must be team oriented with good problem solving, planning and organizational skills
Attention to detail and solution-oriented mindset
