FLSA Exemption: Hourly, non-exempt
Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Shift: Saturdays & Sundays 9:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00/hour depending upon experience
Job Description
The Weekend Groundskeeper helps ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of Larry H. Miller Downtown Daybreak company-owned buildings, equipment, and facilities.
Primary Duties
- Trash pickup
- Power washing
- Assist with landscaping and weeding
- Moving items around property
- Replacing light bulbs
- Locking/unlocking doors
- Using blower
- Monitor and clean parking lots
- Sweeping
- Light maintenance
- Vendor coordination
- Help ensure the property remains clean, safe, and welcoming for tenants and guests
- All other tasks as assigned
Experience & Skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, or maintenance experience preferred but not required

Physical Requirements
- Work performed primarily in an outdoor setting
- Exposure to custodial environments such as noise, dust, odors and fumes, chemicals, and adhesives
- Required to lift up to a minimum of 50
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, walk and move about facilities
- Perform other duties as required
