What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paralegal position at The Larko Group?
Provides critical support to the Chief Financial Officer by reviewing, drafting, and coordinating a wide range of corporate contracts and agreements related to customers, vendors, and business operations. This individual will partner closely with Sales and Operations teams to facilitate contract execution, manage documentation workflows, and ensure organized, accurate maintenance of legal and corporate records. Responsibilities also include conducting legal research as needed and maintaining files related to corporate ownership agreements, leases, patents, trademarks, and other key company documents.
This is a newly created role, designed to build additional bandwidth and infrastructure as the company continues to grow. This is a unique opportunity to help shape and organize the legal support function from the ground up while working directly alongside the CFO.

Responsibilities
- Reviewing and drafting products and service purchase contracts for customers and vendors, along with other corporate agreements. Manage contract and document files, including, but not limited to, patent and trademark records.
- Works together with outside counsel researching relevant laws and regulations that apply to consumer and commercial product packaging, human resources, and employment law.
- Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and reviewing vendor payments.
- Overseeing day-to-day office functions, including scheduling and record maintenance.
- Managing data, processing paperwork, and handling internal/external service requests.
- Assisting with expense tracking, purchasing, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Serving as a key liaison between departments, employees, and leadership to support communication, coordination, and project flow with a primary focus on partnering closely with the Sales and Operations teams in the oversight and management of customer and vendor contracts.
Ideal Experience
- A degree in business administration, certificate, associate's degree, or related field, with relevant experience in administrative roles.
- Proficiency in office software, most notably Microsoft 365 products.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with internal Sales and Operations departments, as well as customers and vendors.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong research skills, proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office, excellent writing, and close attention to detail.
- Familiarity with business law, legal terminology, and procedures.
