We are looking for an energetic, respectful candidate to hire for securing, providing excellent customer service and safety at our facility.
NY State Security guard certification is required, additional onsite training provided. High school diploma or GED and basic PC skills required. Security duties will include but not be limited to: inspection rounds indoors and the property surrounding the building, CCTV monitoring, access control, escorting tenants/visitors, locking/unlocking doors, keeping peace and order, parking support and enforcing the facility rules and regulations.
A pre-hire drug screen and background check will be completed on each prospective candidate. Excellent customer service skills a must, the security guard will be responsible for welcoming guests by promptly greeting them, in person or over the phone as well as answering or referring inquiries. Must have a valid NYS driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
