Job Purpose:
Our law firm is seeking a highly motivated Intake Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for being the first point of contact for potential clients, gathering essential information, and ensuring a professional and compassionate experience. Key Responsibilities:
· Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
· Conduct intake interviews with prospective clients over the phone and in person.
· Accurately enter client information into case management software.
· Schedule consultations, follow-ups, and manage attorney calendars.
· Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with firm policies and legal requirements.
· Perform receptionist and administrative support duties as needed.
· Work collaboratively with the intake team and attorneys to ensure seamless case handoff.
Minimum Requirements:
· 3–5 years of experience in a receptionist, intake, or administrative support role.
· Strong customer service and phone communication skills.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently as a self-starter.
· High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bilingual in Spanish and English.
· Previous experience in a law firm or legal intake environment.
· Knowledge of Litify, Salesforce, or similar case management systems.
