Schedule: The Language School offers classes Monday - Friday from 7 AM to 8:30 PM and Saturdays/Sundays from 9 AM - 6 PM.
Location: Montbello, Denver, CO (in-person)
Pay: From $25/hour

About the Apprenticeship
This is a true apprenticeship for a bilingual Spanish-speaking ESL teacher. You’ll be trained step-by-step in our Conversational Language Exchange Method (using Spanish to accelerate English) with a clear goal: learn our system and prepare to open and lead a new Language School location in Denver.
- We prefer no prior teaching experience.
- Spanish majors/minors (including current students) are ideal.
- Bilingual or semi-bilingual (English Spanish) is welcome.
What You’ll Do
- Teach small-group adult ESL classes using our structured curriculum
- Apply our Let's Start Talking! method
- Progress through paid training, shadowing, and coached practice
- Build student confidence through conversation-first lessons (not grammar lectures)

- Have weekday availability (and can occasionally teach Saturdays)
