Spanish Instructor – After-School Enrichment Program
(Part-time | 3–5 hours per week | Suburban Schools Only)
The Language Labs is seeking passionate and dedicated Spanish Teachers to lead fun and engaging after-school language classes for elementary students at local public schools in Oak Brook, Hinsdale, Downers Grove, Westmont, and Clarendon Hills. These classes are offered as part of each school’s extracurricular programming from 3:00 to 4:00 PM only.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners while becoming part of a supportive and enthusiastic team of language educators.
Please note:
- We are currently able to offer 3–5 hours per week
- We are only hiring for schools in the suburbs listed above

Responsibilities:
- Deliver dynamic Spanish lessons to preschool & elementary-aged students
- Follow and adapt provided lesson plans that incorporate listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet students’ diverse learning styles
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom that promotes cultural appreciation
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance program quality
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Spanish (native or near-native fluency)
- Experience teaching or working with children preferred
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and organized
- Passionate about language education and cultural exchange
- Able to travel to designated school locations
