Speech Therapist Position
The Speech Language Pathologist works as a part of the child's treatment team, providing speech therapy services in our Montgomery County, MD location. Our speech therapists collaborate with OTs, BCBAs, and RBTs to ensure a comprehensive treatment plan for each child. Specific duties include:
- Conduct initial and ongoing speech evaluations
- Provide one-on-one speech services (in-home and/or teletherapy)
- Collaborate with SLPs and BCBAs
- Write session notes to actively monitor the child's progress
- Ensure confidentiality and abide by HIPPA regulations
About The Language and Behavior Center:
We provide family-focused therapeutic services to children age 0-12 years old. With a focus on play-based learning, TLBC believes that language and skill development should be a positive experience for both the child and the family.
