INSURANCE CLAIMS TEAMS MANAGER
We are a law firm that helps homeowners get their property damage paid and repaired after their claims have been unjustly denied or underpaid.
You will work directly with our homeowner clients (during the pre-litigation phase) as we help them to navigate the process of getting their claims re-reviewed and ultimately paid to full compensation. You will also work with our litigation attorneys to resolve claims when litigation is required.
Our services are offered on a 100% contingency basis, so our clients never have to pay any money in advance for our services.
We handle claims all over the state of Texas.
OBJECTIVES, RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIRED SKILLS
Ultimately, the success of this position is measured in your ability to resolve our clients denied and underpaid insurance claims in a timely manner.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Understand the claims process and be able to explain it to clients and answer their questions and address their concerns as the process unfolds
- Work directly with clients to understand their claim
- Work directly with the insurance carriers to get them to reopen the file and/or review the damage claim
- Work with the firm's independent adjusters to ensure their estimates are complete and accurate
- Work directly with the homeowner's contractors to make sure they can get all of the work done based on the insurance company's payment
- Negotiate with the insurance carrier to get them to pay the full amount required to resolve the claim
- Collaborate with the litigation team to assist with client management and discovery
- Use our Client Management system (HubSpot) to document all client interactions
- Collect documents (insurance policy, photos, estimates and service agreements) from the homeowner as needed
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the desktop appraisal/adjuster process
- The ability to be empathetic and responsive - our clients are dealing with a tragic situation regarding their home and they are looking for someone who can be responsive and understand their situation
- Technically savvy - we are a 100% digital office and you must be able to effectively use our online Client Management System for client interaction, documentation and sales reporting
- Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is a real advantage but not a requirement

Compensation
Compensation is salary plus unlimited performance-based bonuses.
First Year On Target Earnings: $48,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
