Description
- Completes month-end closing processes and weekly processes as assigned.
- Prepares various journal entries during the monthly financial close.
- Performs monthly account reconciliations for existing general ledger accounts and structures a reconciliation for new accounts to support the balance(s).
- Responsible for complex accounting areas, including but not limited to Leases, WIP, Prepaid, Fixed Assets.
- Ensures timely and accurate reporting of financial information for the consolidated group of G3 companies to foreign parent company.
- Coordinates intercompany accounting with parent company.
- Reviews monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and other required supplemental schedules, along with audited financial statements.
- Assists with all audit, both internal and external, requests.
- Creates desktop procedures for areas of responsibility.
- Demonstrates continuous improvement through process review and refinement.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
