Description
- Develops and maintains project schedules using Primavera and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Interprets plans and specifications to support schedule development and updates.
- Performs basic quantity take-offs to inform schedule durations and resource needs.
- Coordinates with project managers, engineers, and field teams to gather schedule inputs.
- Monitors progress and updates schedules to reflect actual performance and forecast future activities.
- Generates and distributes schedule reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assists in preparing contract billings and claims documentation based on schedule data.
- Supports strategic planning by identifying potential delays and recommending adjustments.
- Maintains clear communication with project teams to ensure alignment on schedule expectations.
- Uses HCSS HeavyBid and other tools to integrate cost and schedule data.
- Applies basic time management techniques to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Contributes to forecasting efforts by analyzing trends and projecting future work.
- Supports documentation of claims and change events related to schedule impacts.
- Participates in project meetings and provides schedule-related updates and insights.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
