Description
- Leads advanced design coordination and management efforts across multiple projects.
- Provides expert guidance in construction engineering to ensure technical integrity and constructability.
- Supports contract administration and management processes, ensuring compliance with basic contractual obligations.
- Facilitates cross-functional coordination between design, engineering, and construction teams.
- Applies advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges and project constraints.
- Promotes critical thinking and continuous improvement in design and construction practices.
- Reviews and validate plans and specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements and standards.
- Influences and communicates effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Fosters an inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives and contributions.
- Builds responsibility by ensuring accountability in design execution and technical service delivery.
- Manages and mentors project teams, supporting intermediate-level team management competencies.
