Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Survey Party Chief to lead our land surveying teams in executing precise and efficient survey operations. As a vital member of our surveying division, you will oversee field crews, manage data collection, and ensure the accuracy of survey data for a variety of projects including land development, construction, and civil engineering. Your expertise in land surveying techniques, technical tools, and project coordination will drive successful project outcomes while maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities
- Adheres to company policies and ensures that employees follow procedures.
- Coordinates with Quality Team to ensure that all required survey verifications are performed in a timely manner.
- Performs survey layouts from construction documents.
- Reviews contract and in-house construction documents.
- Monitors field operations, including logistic and administrative aspects, in cooperation with Management.
- Collects and processes as built data.
- Tracks field data for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensures all survey equipment is ready for an upcoming task.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
