Overview
The Landscaping Supervisor is responsible for leading daily landscape operations and must be a motivated self starter. You will be working with the landscape crew ensuring quality work, attention to detail and customer satisfaction. This requires a leader with hands on experience, time management skills, and the ability to manage resources wisely
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of landscape installation crew.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles; clean driving record preferred.
- Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems ensuring proper coverage and programming of irrigation zones.
- Interpret landscape plans and ensure projects are completed to specifications.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.
- Operate equipment and company vehicles responsibly to support daily operations.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to motivate crews and coordinate tasks seamlessly.
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions; ability to lift heavy equipment or materials as needed.
Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,400.00 per year
License/Certification:
- Drivers License (Preferred)
