Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and management of the Assisted Living Facility.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and licensing requirements for Assisted Living communities.
- Oversee daily operations including resident care, staffing, budgeting, and facility management.
- Lead and develop department managers and staff to maintain high performance and engagement.
- Maintain strong occupancy levels and community reputation through relationship building and community outreach.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls.
- Ensure exceptional resident satisfaction, safety, and quality of life.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and community partners.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, surveys, and regulatory inspections.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Administrator/ALF license required (per state regulations).
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Senior Living.
- Strong knowledge of state Assisted Living regulations and compliance standards.
- Proven experience in staff leadership, operations management, and financial oversight.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Salary : $97,000 - $110,000
