You will work alongside experienced technicians to learn installation, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulic systems onboard vessels and in-shop.
No marine experience required — mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn are key.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with hydraulic repairs and installations
- Assemble and replace hydraulic hoses and fittings
- Support troubleshooting of pumps, motors, cylinders, and valves
- Perform basic preventative maintenance and inspections
- Clean, organize, and maintain tools and work areas
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Learn to read hydraulic schematics and technical drawings
- Mechanical aptitude (automotive, diesel, industrial, or farm equipment experience a plus)
- Basic hand tool knowledge
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work outdoors and around water
