Landall Restoration is looking for a strong leader who’s ready to take the next step in restoration.
📍 Tacoma, WA (In-Person)
🕒 Full-Time
💲 $24–$32/hr Full Benefits
✅ What you’ll do:
• Lead job sites supervise mitigation techs
• Keep projects on track for quality timelines
• Communicate with customers, adjusters, and internal teams
• Hands-on mitigation (water extraction, drying, demolition)
• Accurate documentation using Mitigate/Company Cam/Houzz Pro
• Maintain safety company protocols
✅ What you bring:
• 2 years mitigation/restoration (1 year in a lead role)
• IICRC WRT certification (required)
• Strong insurance documentation knowledge
• Valid driver’s license reliable transportation
• Clean driving record (insurable) background check
