This person will manage all contract-to-close tasks with accuracy, professionalism, and exceptional communication. Responsibilities:
- Manage all real estate transactions from executed contract to closing
- Track deadlines, inspections, appraisals, title updates, and lender communication
- Maintain orderly digital files and ensure all documents meet compliance standards
- Communicate proactively with clients, agents, lenders, and title companies
- Coordinate signatures, repairs, amendments, and closing details
- Deliver a smooth, stress-free experience for clients and agents
Ideal Candidate:
- Real estate transaction experience preferred (MLS, Dotloop, Skyslope, etc.)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with technology systems
- Positive attitude, team player, client-focused
