We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Bilingual Office Assistant (English and Spanish required) to support the daily operational and administrative needs of our office in Miami Lakes. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner (English & Spanish).
Provide operational and administrative support
Maintain both digital and physical filing systems; ensure documentation is well-organized and accessible.
Support staff across departments with data entry, document preparation, spreadsheets, and report generation
Qualifications
Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or office assistant role preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with office equipment like scanners, copiers, fax machines.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively
Positive attitude, ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Previous experience working in a bilingual office environment or customer-facing role
Work Environment & Hours
Full‑time, on‑site in Miami Lakes
Typical hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
