Position Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Bilingual Office Assistant (English and Spanish required) to support the daily operational and administrative needs of our office in Miami Lakes. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner (English & Spanish).

  • Provide operational and administrative support

  • Maintain both digital and physical filing systems; ensure documentation is well-organized and accessible.

  • Support staff across departments with data entry, document preparation, spreadsheets, and report generation

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

  • Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or office assistant role preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with office equipment like scanners, copiers, fax machines.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively

  • Positive attitude, ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Previous experience working in a bilingual office environment or customer-facing role

Work Environment & Hours

  • Full‑time, on‑site in Miami Lakes

  • Typical hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
