The position requires occasional travel to project sites and strong supervisory skills to coordinate with various stakeholders during the punch out phase.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate punch out activities on apartment home construction projects
- Ensure timely completion of all final inspections and corrective actions
- Communicate punch list status and progress directly to the Project Manager
- Facilitate collaboration between subcontractors, inspectors, and site teams
- Monitor workmanship quality and compliance with project specifications
- Schedule and conduct walkthroughs to verify punch list completion
- Occasionally travel to project sites as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years in construction supervision
- High School Diploma or equivalent
