Customer Relationship Manager (Full-Time)

Position Details
- Full-time (30–40 hours per week)
- Paid training at $18/hour
- Post-training pay starts at $20/hour
- Opportunities for growth and pay increases based on performance and tenure
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all booked clients
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors and event planners
- Schedule venue walkthroughs and assist with floor plan planning
- Manage client documents and complete pre-event checklists
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism
