Maintenance Worker (Full-Time)

• Perform daily rounds ensuring all critical equipment is operational.
• Perform outdoor rounds, maintaining a clean property.
• Performs daily pool maintenance and chemical level checks.
• Complete assigned maintenance requests for guest rooms and back of house daily.
• Adept with the use of common hand tools.
• Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing systems.
• Assist in painting/touch ups.
• Assist in the LH preventative maintenance program – batteries, belts, filters.
• Schedule availability a must, either 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm shifts.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Must have exceptional customer service skills.
• Assist in event function set ups and break downs. 
• Report any maintenance problems observed to the Maintenance Manager to have assigned.
• Be able to lift 30 pounds comfortably.
• Performs any additional tasks that may be requested by the Maintenance Manager and/or LH Senior Management.
