Role Purpose
The Residential Cleaning Specialist is responsible for maintaining the "TLC Standard" in our clients' homes. This role is designed for an independent, trustworthy individual who takes pride in "satisfying" transformations and helping families maintain organized, clean living spaces.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Routine Maintenance: Execute standardized cleaning protocols for kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas.
- Product Mastery: Safely and effectively utilize professional supplies such as OdoBan, Bar Keepers Friend, and Zep according to company SOPs.
- Detailing & Organizing: Provide light organization and "finishing touches" to improve the overall appearance of the home.
- Independent Management: Navigate assigned routes independently and manage time effectively to meet home-completion windows (typically 2–3.5 hours depending on the routine).
- Quality Control: Conduct self-audits to ensure all tasks on the TLC Co. checklist are completed to 100% satisfaction.
Schedule & Compensation
- Type: W-2 Position, Part-Time (2–4 days per week).
- Volume: Typically 2 homes per assigned day.
- Pay Structure: * Training Phase: $12 per hour.
- Certified Specialist: $15 per hour (achieved once routines and quality standards are consistently met).
Requirements & Qualifications
- Reliability: Must have a proven track record of dependability and punctuality.
- Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle to travel between job sites.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform active cleaning tasks for several hours at a time.
- Communication: Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and client updates.
- Integrity: Must pass a background check and demonstrate a high level of trustworthiness while working in private residences.
