We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. To be successful as a Sales associate, you should stay up to date with products and maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards.
Responsibilities
- Foster and maintain a positive work environment
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Welcome customers to the store
- Maintain a growing knowledge base of hemp-derived products and smoking accessories
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Actively seek out customers in store
- Weigh and package hemp-derived products
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Suggest ways to improve sales
- Preform Daily Cleaning Tasks and maintain a clean workspace.
Preferred Skills
- Established knowledge of the cannabis industry
- Working well within a team
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
