Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Consistently and respectfully check customers IDs at entry
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts.
- Assist with merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store looks inviting and well-maintained.
- Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock, performing stocking duties, and communicating supply needs to management.
- Upsell products by highlighting benefits and features to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting remote customers.
- Support team supervision by guiding new staff members and ensuring compliance with store policies.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math calculations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Experience in supervising or leading team members is advantageous.
- Knowledge of cannabis or hemp products is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.

Pay: $13.75 - $16.25 per hour
