COMPANY PROFILE
The LAB Anti-Mall, an iconic, arts-infused retail campus in the OC is looking for a Part Time, experienced Marketing Assistant to join our management team. Job location is the indoor/outdoor LAB office in Costa Mesa within the SoBECA District. Work schedule approximately 15-20 hours/week.
MARKETING ASSISTANT ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the LAB experiences exponential growth with the addition of several new tenants, we seek an experienced Marketing Assistant to steward our social media and general communications functions. Position demands instagram and e-blast creation, prioritization and scheduling; working within promo budgets; an affinity and knowledge of graphic design software; excellent verbal and written skills; responsive tenant and team communication; updating website and on-property signage, as needed. Includes quarterly on-property event coordination and supervision. Position requires time management skills and ability to work independently. Marketing Assistant reports to both PR Exec as well as LAB ownership.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Social Media experience of 3-5 years (instagram, facebook, websites)
Experience with analyzing and managing budgets
Graphic design skills
OC local preferred and familiarity of the LAB property
Experience in curating and hosting community based events
Salary commensurate with experience
