Overview
We are seeking dedicated team members to join our dynamic food service team across all shifts. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for the food industry, customer service, and fast-paced environments. Candidates should be adaptable, reliable, and eager to contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests. Prior experience in food preparation, POS systems, or restaurant operations is a plus but not required. Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Operate POS systems, processing and transactions
• Handle cash and credit card payments accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing guest needs
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining area, and service stations
• Assist with food safety protocols including proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Buss tables, clear dishes, and support overall restaurant cleanliness during shifts
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely food delivery and customer satisfaction
• Support other team members in various duties such as stocking supplies or assisting in the kitchen as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or retail environment preferred but not mandatory
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and understanding of retail math concepts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment typical of quick service & fast food restaurants or cafés
• Flexibility to work all shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: From $16.90 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10.0 per week
