Position Overview
The Krystal Clear Group, Inc. is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an anticipated part-time school-based contract opportunity in Longview, Texas for the 2026–2027 school year.
This position will support two campuses—an early childhood campus and an elementary campus. The SLP will assist with initial speech-language evaluations at the early childhood level while also supporting speech-language therapy services at the elementary campus.
The clinician will work collaboratively with and receive support from a district lead SLP serving both campuses.
No case management responsibilities are required.
The SLP will also have the option to supervise an SLPA. SLPA supervision is not required; clinicians who prefer not to supervise can focus on therapy and evaluation support.
Responsibilities
- Assist with initial speech-language evaluations at the early childhood level
- Administer, score, and interpret appropriate speech and language assessments
- Assist with evaluation documentation and reports
- Provide speech-language therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs
- Participate in ARD/IEP meetings as appropriate
- Collaborate closely with the district's lead SLP and educational team
- Maintain appropriate service and evaluation documentation
- Optionally supervise an SLPA based on clinician interest and experience
- No case management responsibilities
