Responsibilities
- Conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a professional and timely manner
- Provide detailed information about properties, including features, benefits, and neighborhood amenities
- Coordinate and schedule appointments with clients and other real estate agents
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market trends and property listings
- Assist clients with questions and concerns throughout the showing process to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with The Kren Group team to support marketing and sales efforts
- Ensure all property showings comply with company policies and safety guidelines
- Proven experience as a showing agent or in a similar real estate role
- In-depth knowledge of the Miami real estate market and local neighborhoods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
- Ability to manage multiple property showings and maintain a professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with real estate software and mobile apps for scheduling and client management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional real estate certifications are a plus

Salary : $45,000 - $75,000
