Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Part Time Leasing Agent for Rock Pointe Apartments. This role is pivotal in shaping the first impressions of prospective residents, enhancing the resident experience, and ensuring alignment with KRE’s direct-to-consumer brand. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for showcasing the community, coordinating leasing activities, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that reflects KRE’s commitment to hospitality and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Brand and Resident Experience
- Serve as an ambassador for KRE’s brand, delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for prospective and current residents.
- Uphold brand standards by maintaining a polished and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Conduct in-person and virtual tours, highlighting the community’s features and benefits.
- Assist with planning and executing community events that foster a sense of connection and engagement.
- Leasing and Marketing
- Process applications, execute leases, and ensure timely updates in Yardi.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to provide actionable insights.
- Monitor marketing metrics and collaborate with the team to implement effective marketing strategies.
- Address and respond to online reviews, promoting positive feedback and resolving concerns professionally.
- Operational Excellence
- Conduct rent-ready and move-in walks to ensure apartments meet high-quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of leasing activities, including prospect logs and leasing emails.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies, organization, and cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Resident Relations
- Address resident questions and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct move-out inspections and coordinate with property management on unit readiness.
- Communicate directly with the Property Manager and Leasing Manager to address property needs and feedback.
Skills and Qualifications
- Weekend availability is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Proven sales ability and understanding of market and demographic trends.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi) is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to analyze and summarize market trends to inform leasing and marketing strategies.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
