The MBA Leadership Program is just that - a program committed to growing the future leaders of Kraft Heinz who will join us on our journey to transform an industry. In this program, you will have the opportunity to add value from day one, making real decisions that will drive our strategic plan.
Your journey will start with an accelerated onboarding experience to learn the organization, meet our Executive Leaders, and understand our strategic business priorities. From there, you will be placed in a full-time role based on your preference, where your development will be accelerated, and where you will be coached and mentored by our strongest leaders. Opportunities will be in one of the following areas of the business:
- Operations
- Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Logistics, Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement
- Finance
- Revenue Management, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, Business Intelligence, Customer Finance, Accounting and Supply Chain Finance

Qualifications:
- You are an MBA Student with an anticipated 2023 graduation date and can begin Summer of 2023
