What are the responsibilities and job description for the Goal Keeper Coach PT position at THE KRAFT GROUP?
SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for the training and development of the teams Goalkeepers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Goalkeeping program for Academy Goalkeepers.
- Train Revolution Academy Keepers at training sessions and assigned matches.
- Assess the progression of the Goalkeepers for the Academy, and provide regular updates to coaching staff.
- Assist the New England Revolution scouting department with scouting of Goalkeepers.
- Coordinate regularly with New England Revolution Goalkeeper coach on best practices and drills.
- Assist in the process of Goalkeeper movement between New England Revolution Academy and Revs II.
- Coordinate daily with New England Revolution Academy coaching and equipment staff regarding training needs.
- Travel when assigned to Academy away matches and scheduled events.
- Communicate with Soccer Operations staff on relevant issues relating to the Goalkeeping department.
- Coordinate with Soccer Operations staff regarding venue scheduling for Goalkeeping sessions.
- Maintain valid coaching licenses in accordance with US Soccer.
- Coordinate with Technical Director regarding any relevant issues that may arise.
- Assist in the recruiting of new players for New England Revolution Academy.
- Coordinate with Revolution Academy to ensure best practices across all Goalkeeping departments.
- Participate in New England Revolution Academy coaching clinics.
- Assist in the development of scouting reports for the New England Revolution Academy.
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates
- Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior Coaching experience required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Results oriented
