Responsibilities:
- Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Link marketing and operations for timely, insightful reporting, delivering consolidated financial and KPI updates.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Guide forecasting and budgeting for marketing spend across multiple regions.
- Strategic Partnership: Work alongside marketing and senior leaders as a thought partner on growth and strategy.
- Financial Modeling: Build refined models to inform strategic decisions and capital allocation.
- Board & Leadership Support: Prepare analyses and presentations for high-level discussions.
- Special Projects: Drive impactful growth initiatives and ad-hoc analyses.
- Team Impact: Foster collaboration and excellence within a top-tier crew.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years in strategic finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, or private equity.
- Skills: Exceptional financial modeling, U.S. GAAP fluency, and marketing KPI familiarity.
- Mindset: Analytical, resourceful, and articulate—able to lead with independence.
