Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Commercial Real Estate Agent to lead transaction origination and execution across retail, investment sales/leasing, and landlord representation.
This role is designed for a proven producer who can generate business, advise clients strategically, and execute complex transactions from sourcing through closing. The ideal candidate combines strong relationship-building skills with financial acumen and market expertise.
You will play a key role in expanding market share, mentoring junior agents, and developing the firm’s reputation as a trusted advisor and boutique brokerage firm.
Core Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Origination
- Source new listings through direct outreach and relationship cultivation
- Develop long-term relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and tenants
- Identify off-market opportunities
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and future transactions
Strategic Advisory
- Provide valuation analysis and pricing strategy
- Advise clients on asset positioning and market timing
- Structure transactions to optimize client outcomes
- Interpret market data and cap rate trends
Transaction Execution
- Lead negotiations of LOIs, leases, and purchase agreements
- Oversee the due diligence process
- Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, and third-party vendors
- Manage deal timelines through closing
Market Leadership
- Monitor local and regional market conditions
- Develop investment theses and market insights
- Represent the firm at industry events
Team Leadership
- Mentor and support junior brokers
- Collaborate with marketing staff
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License
- 5 years of commercial brokerage experience
- Proven transaction history (volume and deal size)
- Strong financial literacy (cap rates, NOI analysis, valuation models)
- Established client network
- Demonstrated negotiation experience
- Professional presence and executive-level communication skills
Preferred Experience
Expertise in one or more of the following:
