What You'll Be Doing Follow up with inbound buyer and seller opportunities Build relationships with potential clients Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments Show homes and assist clients through the purchase or sale process Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing Build your referral business and long-term client relationships Use CRM technology to manage your pipeline and communication Participate in training, coaching, and collaboration opportunities Who We're Looking For Licensed real estate agents who want to grow their business Full-time or part-time agents looking for more opportunities Agents who want support while maintaining their independence Self-motivated professionals who are willing to put in the work Agents who value coaching, collaboration, and accountability Licensed real estate agents in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, or New Jersey Qualifications Active Real Estate License in DE, MD, PA, and/or NJ Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to consistently follow up with leads and clients Familiarity with MLS platforms, CRMs, and transaction processes preferred Strong work ethic and a goal-oriented mindset Compensation Schedule Commission-Based Position Flexible full-time or part-time schedule Performance-based earning opportunities Weekend availability encouraged
