What You'll Do
As our Client Experience Specialist, you'll be the face and voice of our organization by:
- Greeting clients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls with exceptional customer service.
- Managing the front desk and ensuring our office is welcoming, organized, and client-ready each day.
- Coordinating conference rooms, meetings, and daily office activities.
- Providing administrative support across multiple departments.
- Processing mail, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with office operations.
- Supporting client communications, company events, and special projects.
- Helping keep our office running smoothly so the entire team can provide outstanding service.

Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in customer service, reception, administrative support, or office coordination preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment is a plus.
