*Job Overview*

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to engage with customers, understand their preferences, and deliver a memorable experience will be key to our success.

*Responsibilities*

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Present the menu and explain organic ingredients, healthy options, and daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Answer customer questions regarding ingredients, allergens, and dietary preferences (vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
• Refill beverages, check on guests during their meals, and address any concerns promptly.
• Process customer payments accurately and provide receipts.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
• Promote café products, seasonal items, and healthy meal recommendations when appropriate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
