What a Kleingers Group Civil Engineer Co-op is about:
• Collaborating with a team of experienced engineers
• Drafting and designing construction drawings for projects in the industrial, corporate, healthcare, retail, transportation, and mixed-use markets
• Becoming proficient in the use of design and CAD applications
• Learning how to organize your work to maximize your contributions, growth, and development
• Working positively within a team environment
• Developing skills and knowledge to increase and advance what you know to help meet your full potential
• Learning how we interact with our clients to provide value
What we are looking for:
• Enrolled in a Civil Engineering degree program
• Desire to work in a collaborative environment with co-workers
• Thirst for knowledge and team-oriented
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Enjoy problem solving with the team, by asking questions and taking initiative to help the team
• Ability to communicate and present ideas
• Eagerness to develop AutoCAD skills and create model-based designs in Civil 3D
• Proficiency in computer skills such as Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel.
