Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Royersford, PA. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of an apartment community, ensuring tenant satisfaction and the property's financial performance. Responsibilities include managing leases, handling tenant requests, ensuring property maintenance, and supervising staff. Additional tasks involve coordinating move-ins and move-outs, conducting property inspections, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Property Management, including lease management and tenant relations
- Strong skills in Task Management and Organization
- Proficiency in Financial Management and Budgeting
- Ability to handle Maintenance Coordination and conducting Property Inspections
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency with property management software is a plus
- Experience in customer service and conflict resolution
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
