Responsibilities
- Perform thorough exterior washes using high-quality cleaning products and equipment to ensure a spotless finish.
- Conduct interior cleaning, including vacuuming, dusting, wiping surfaces, and deodorizing vehicles.
- Apply detailing techniques such as buffing, polishing, and window tinting to enhance vehicle appearance.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area by performing janitorial duties and ensuring all tools are organized and sanitized.
- Assist with additional custodial tasks as needed to support overall shop cleanliness and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, explaining services performed, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Drive vehicles into designated wash bays safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Experience with car washing, detailing, buffing, and window tinting preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and janitorial or custodial practices.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Previous driving experience with a valid license is desirable for moving vehicles within the facility.
