Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Restaurant Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
- Sweep and mop floors
- Assist Manager with misc. restaurant maintenance
- Wed-Sun 3pm to close.
- Closed Monday and Tuesday and all major holidays
Qualifications:
- Able to lift at least 30lbs
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness
- Ability to work well within a team
- Must have a reliable source of transportation
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
